Continuing Education

Positive Kids is committed to helping mental health professionals and educators stay informed and updated on best practices as it relates to children’s development in the area of social, emotional and cognitive skills.  For this reason, we have created multiple professional development programs and products such as credentials, education and training courses, newsletters, employment information, resources, and publications specifically for this area of study.   Our members will receive CEs at discounted rates to fill their licensing or credentialing requirements when they participate in our professional development programs.

Participation in our workshops allows members to apply 6 hours (CECs) for one-day workshops, and 12 hours (CECs) for two-day workshops towards their required continuing education hours.

Credit hours: A three day workshop earns 18 hours, a two day workshop earns 12 continuing education hours, a one day workshop earns 6 hours and a webinar earns 1 hour. A certificate will be awarded upon the completion of the workshop.
